Membership Options:
- Monthly Membership: $99 per month. This is a 12-month commitment, billed monthly.
- Annual Membership: $89 per month (10% savings). This is a 12-month commitment, paid annually ($1068).
- 2-Year Membership: $79 per month (20% savings). This is a 24-month commitment, paid every two years ($1896).
Equipment Requirement:
- Members must acquire a canva (standard or portable) and a tripod for accurate picture capture.
- Canva options include:
  - Standard Canva: $0 (pay for shipping only).
  - Portable Canva: $125 (plus shipping).
Payment Schedule:
- Monthly Membership: Payments due every 30 days from the purchase date.
- Annual and 2-Year Memberships: Payments due annually or every two years, respectively.
Refund Policy:
- Membership Refund: Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if unsatisfied. No refunds after 14 days.
- Equipment Refund: Canva equipment can be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition, with a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs borne by the client.
- Transaction Fees: 3% transaction fee to be deducted on any refund.
Renewal and Upgrade:
- Automatic Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of the current period unless canceled.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancel renewal by contacting Biotonix Posture before the end of the current period. No refunds for cancellations after renewal.
- Upgrade Options: Available on the Biotonix Posture website or by contacting customer service.
Miscellaneous:
- Members are responsible for procuring a high-quality smartphone camera for use with the tripod and canva.
- All terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to members in a timely manner.

Membership Access and Use:
- Access to AI-Powered Analysis and integrated client data for postural health assessments.
- Personalized exercise programs for each client based on posture analysis.
- Progress tracking to monitor treatment efficacy over time.
Data Privacy and Security:
- Commitment to protecting personal and medical data in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Members should be aware of the data collection and usage policies. It is the member’s responsibility to ask for Biotonix Posture’s measures.
Intellectual Property:
- All software, methodologies, and materials provided by Biotonix Posture are the property of the company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Members are granted a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of postural assessments and related activities within the scope of their membership.
Liability and Disclaimer:

Biotonix Posture disclaims liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of its software and methodologies.
The effectiveness of the program may vary based on individual client circumstances.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

Members must ensure that their use of Biotonix Posture’s services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, especially those related to healthcare and data protection.

Affiliate and Promotional Activities:

If involved in affiliate marketing or promotions, members must adhere to the specific terms and guidelines provided by Biotonix Posture for such activities.

Termination of Membership:

Biotonix Posture reserves the right to terminate membership for non-compliance with these terms and conditions, misuse of the service, or any other reasonable cause.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through a specified dispute resolution process, which may include arbitration or legal proceedings, depending on the nature of the dispute.
