2. Membership Options

  1. 3-Month Membership
    • Price: $129 per month
    • Commitment: 3 months, billed monthly
    • Total Commitment: $387 over 3 months
  2. Monthly Membership
    • Price: $99 per month
    • Commitment: 12 months, billed monthly
    • Total Commitment: $1,188 over 12 months
  3. Annual Membership
    • Price: $89 per month (10% savings)
    • Billed: $1,068 per year
    • Commitment: 12 months, paid annually
  4. 2-Year Membership
    • Price: $79 per month (20% savings)
    • Billed: $1,896 every two years
    • Commitment: 24 months, paid biennially

All memberships include:

  • Access to Biotonix Posture’s AI-Powered Analysis tools
  • Integrated client data for postural health assessments
  • Personalized exercise programs and progress tracking
  • Access to Biotonix Posture’s Network Community

3. Equipment Requirement

To ensure accurate posture assessments, each member is responsible for acquiring:

  1. Portable Canva: $125 plus shipping
  2. Tripod: High-quality smartphone-compatible tripod

4. Payment Schedule

  1. 3-Month Membership
    • Recurring payments every 30 days from the initial purchase date.
  2. Monthly Membership
    • Recurring payments every 30 days from the initial purchase date.
  3. Annual Membership
    • Full payment ($1,068) due on the initial purchase date and renewed annually.
  4. 2-Year Membership
    • Full payment ($1,896) due on the initial purchase date and renewed every two years.

5. Refund Policy

  1. Membership Refund
    • Full refund available within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are unsatisfied.
    • No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.
  2. Equipment Refund
    • The canva may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition.
    • A 15% restocking fee applies, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
  3. Transaction Fees
    • A 3% transaction fee will be deducted from any refund issued to cover processing costs.

6. Renewal and Upgrade

  1. Automatic Renewal
    • All memberships automatically renew at the end of their current term (monthly, annually, or biennially).
    • If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your renewal date.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • To cancel renewal, contact Biotonix Posture prior to the end of the current period.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations processed after the renewal date.
  3. Upgrade Options
    • You may upgrade your membership plan at any time by visiting our website or contacting customer service.
    • Any upgrade will prorate remaining days on the existing membership as applicable.

7. Membership Access and Use

  1. Software Access
    • Members receive a license to use our AI-Powered Analysis tools for the duration of their active membership.
  2. Personalized Exercise Programs
    • Customized programs for posture correction based on the user’s posture analysis.
    • Progress tracking features are provided to monitor efficacy.
  3. Community Network
    • Members gain access to the exclusive Biotonix Posture Network, where they can engage with experts and peers.

    • Biotonix Posture disclaims liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of its software, equipment, or methodologies.

13. Termination of Membership
