Setup Requirements: The frame must be assembled on a level floor to prevent measurement distortion. The bottom gray border must sit as close to the floor as possible. Avoid placing the assembled grid directly in front of windows or heavy glare.

Return Policy: The grid may be returned within 30 days of receipt if it is in its original condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the client is responsible for shipping costs.
