- Price: $89 per month (10% savings)
- Billed: $1,068 per year
- Commitment: 12 months, paid annually
- 2-Year Membership
- Price: $79 per month (20% savings)
- Billed: $1,896 every two years
- Commitment: 24 months, paid biennially

3. Equipment Requirement
To ensure accurate posture assessments, each member is responsible for acquiring:
- Portable Canva: $125 plus shipping
- Tripod: High-quality smartphone-compatible tripod

4. Payment Schedule
- 3-Month Membership
- Recurring payments every 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- Monthly Membership
- Recurring payments every 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- Annual Membership
- Full payment ($1,068) due on the initial purchase date and renewed annually.
- 2-Year Membership
- Full payment ($1,896) due on the initial purchase date and renewed every two years.
5. Refund Policy
- Membership Refund
- Full refund available within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are unsatisfied.
- No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.
- Equipment Refund
- The canva may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Transaction Fees
- A 3% transaction fee will be deducted from any refund issued to cover processing costs.
6. Renewal and Upgrade
- Automatic Renewal
- All memberships automatically renew at the end of their current term (monthly, annually, or biennially).
- If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before your renewal date.
- Cancellation Policy
- To cancel renewal, contact Biotonix Posture prior to the end of the current period.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations processed after the renewal date.
- Upgrade Options
- You may upgrade your membership plan at any time by visiting our website or contacting customer service.
- Any upgrade will prorate remaining days on the existing membership as applicable.
