By purchasing a membership, accessing the Biotonix Posture platform, or using related equipment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Biotonix Posture (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of our services, software, memberships, digital platform, mobile application, and related equipment.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using Biotonix Posture. By completing a purchase, creating an account, or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership Options
Biotonix Posture currently offers the following membership options:
Monthly Membership
$129per month
No commitment
- Renews every 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- May be cancelled before the next renewal date.
- May be upgraded to an annual or 2-year membership.
Annual Membership
$1,068billed annually
Equivalent to $89/month
- 12-month commitment.
- Paid upfront as a single annual payment.
- Renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2-Year Membership
$1,896billed every two years
Equivalent to $79/month
- 24-month commitment.
- Paid upfront as a single biennial payment.
- Renews every two years unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All active memberships include access to Biotonix Posture’s posture assessment tools, client data management features, generated reports, exercise programming features, and available platform resources.
3. Equipment Requirement
The official Biotonix Posture calibration grid is required to perform a full consultation. Each member is responsible for purchasing the appropriate grid for their clinical environment.

Calibration grids are purchased separately and are only available to users with an active membership. They are not sold as standalone products.
4. Payment Schedule and Automatic Renewal
- Monthly Membership: $129 recurring payments are charged every 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- Annual Membership: $1,068 is charged on the initial purchase date and renews annually.
- 2-Year Membership: $1,896 is charged on the initial purchase date and renews every two years.
All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale and non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
- Membership payments: Membership purchases, renewals, upgrades, and unused membership time are non-refundable.
- Renewal charges: Users must cancel before their renewal date to avoid future charges. Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
- Equipment and shipping: Calibration grids, equipment purchases, shipping charges, and handling fees are non-refundable once processed or shipped.
- Promotions and discounts: Promotional purchases, coupon-code purchases, and discounted memberships do not create refund, credit, or cash-value eligibility.
- Legal exceptions: Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
6. Cancellation and Upgrade
- Cancellation: To stop future renewals, you must cancel before the next renewal date by contacting Biotonix Posture at info@biotonixposture.com or through any cancellation method made available in your billing account.
- Access after cancellation: Your platform access may continue until the end of the paid membership period, unless terminated earlier under these Terms.
- Upgrades: You may upgrade your membership plan by visiting our website or contacting customer support. Upgrade billing adjustments may be applied at Biotonix Posture’s discretion and are non-refundable once processed.
7. Membership Access and Use
- Software access: Members receive a limited license to use the Biotonix Posture platform while their membership is active and in good standing.
- Professional use: The platform is intended for professional posture assessment, reporting, client communication, and corrective programming support.
- Account responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.
- Multi-user and multi-location use: Separate practitioners, private patient lists, or additional locations may require separate subscriptions.
8. Data Privacy and Security
- Personal and clinical data: We are committed to protecting personal and clinical data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
- Member responsibility: Members are responsible for using the platform in a way that complies with the privacy, consent, and recordkeeping rules that apply to their practice and jurisdiction.

9. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All software, methodologies, reports, designs, documentation, brand assets, and materials provided by Biotonix Posture remain the property of Biotonix Posture or its licensors.
- Limited license: Members receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Biotonix Posture materials only within the scope of their active membership.
- Restrictions: Members may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, reproduce, sublicense, or distribute Biotonix Posture software, methods, or materials without written authorization.
10. Liability and Disclaimer
- No guaranteed outcomes: Results may vary based on patient condition, practitioner judgment, exercise adherence, clinical context, and other factors.
- Professional judgment: Biotonix Posture supports professional assessment and communication. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical judgment.
- Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biotonix Posture disclaims liability for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from misuse of the platform, software, reports, equipment, or methodologies.
11. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
- Professional compliance: Members must ensure that their use of Biotonix Posture complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, federal, healthcare, privacy, data protection, and professional regulations.
- Professional licenses: Practitioners are responsible for maintaining any certifications, licenses, insurance, or professional authorizations required in their jurisdiction.
- Patient consent: Practitioners are responsible for obtaining any required consent before collecting, uploading, storing, or sharing patient information or images.
13. Termination of Membership
- Grounds for termination: Biotonix Posture may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, breach of these Terms, unauthorized sharing, unlawful activity, or any other reasonable cause.
- Effect of termination: Upon termination, access to the software, materials, reports, and any membership benefits may be revoked immediately.
- No refund on termination: Termination does not create refund, credit, or compensation eligibility except where required by applicable law.
14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- Right to amend: Biotonix Posture may update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Notice: Updated Terms may be posted on our website, sent by email, or communicated through other appropriate channels.
- Acceptance: Continued use of Biotonix Posture after updated Terms are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Dispute Resolution
- Process: Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled through a mutually agreed dispute resolution process, such as mediation, arbitration, or legal proceedings, depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the dispute.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Biotonix Posture operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
